Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Within 30 days from receiving the product, you can return your Everyfun order and get a money-back guarantee. We will cover the shipping cost for the returned device only if the product has a quality issue itself. We don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device if the product didn’t have a quality issue itself.
  2. Within 30 days from receiving the product, you can exchange Everyfun order. We will cover the shipping cost for the returned device only if the product has a quality issue itself. We don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device if the product didn’t have a quality issue itself.
  3. You have One year warranty if the product fails due to defects in materials or design processes.We don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device after 30 days.
  4. Please ensure that Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original Everyfun packing slip with all the cords, accessories and documentation
  5. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns facility before it can be processed.
  6. Once our team receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 2-3 business days.
  7. It can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
