What Is Covered In The Warranty?
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Warranty Statement
Everyfun products are manufactured with high-quality parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers:
- Everyfun Device & Charger - 1 Year
- Everyfun Lithium-ion Batteries - 6 Months
- Everyfun Massage Attachments - 90 Days (you Can Order New Massage Attachment at https://everyfun.com/)
Everyfun will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, please let us know as soon as possible. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Everyfun be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Everyfun is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.
